King Bladud’s Pigs in Bath
King Bladud’s Pigs in Bath was a 2008 public art event to celebrate Bath, its origins and its artists. Over one hundred decorated pig sculptures were on display throughout the summer around Bath and beyond. The pigs were then sold at auction for the benefit of Bath’s Two Tunnels Project: www.twotunnels.org.uk
My Pig
The Pig I painted was sponsored by a Company called Principal Investment Management. The green and yellow flowery design was used as it matched their branding. The green colour was sprayed on using a metalic car paint and the flowers were then painted on using acrylic. We named her Miss Sowflower.
Mini Pigs
After completing the big pig I then went on to paint a few mini ones for people.
